What is ELI Earth?

ELI Earth is a smartphone tool accessed through your mobile phone's browser. There are no apps to install. Simply save the URL to your Home Screen after typing in the password. You won't be asked for a password again unless there is a change for security purposes. Privacy. ELI Earth (and ELI) locates you via GPS only when you access the ELI Earth (and ELI) mobile website. ELI Earth, or ELI, does not track users. It only sends your location or the location of an alert message when you acknowledge your location and tap send. Activating an alert is as simple as starting the URL, selecting an alert on the menu, or tapping the location on your screen if the incident is not at your location and then selecting the alert from the menu. That's it! Taps, no apps. A location alert is automatically sent to those associated with the specific alert. This can be one person or 20. Who gets notified is set up on the admin screen.

No Additional Infrastructure
